For commercial clients it would be important for them to be able to access compliance documents such as licences insurances and sds's from the portal - could be done by ticking certain resources for all clients to be able access from the portal and then the client also be able to access their specific documents (saved as documents under the contact in the CRM). Also allowing them to run form reports on their forms only so they can self run trending data - this is what the big Pest companies provide and would level the playing field in competition for larger scale contracts.

I'm very interested in this, I would like to see the calendar integrated with the new mapping function to achieve efficient routing when prefered clients book their jobs. once the address is provided then the options are provided based on jobs already booked inn.

I would be interested to see how this would work with different jobs requiring different licence requirements / experience etc. e.g. termite inspection vs general pest control or pre con. I assume that some sort of technician skills would need to be loaded to compare against the job requirements?

I would also be interested to see how the time slots are scheduled based on client input e.g. a 2 bedroom unit vs 6 bedroom house would need significantly different times allocated as would a combined Termite Inspection and General Pest vs the individual services.

Finally, the travel time between jobs or to a first job or from a last job is a significant factor when offering booking dates/times to clients. I know that Start and End Addresses can be input but in might be relevant to have some maximum travel times e.g Max Start Travel Time, Max End Travel Time, Max Job Travel Time.
