Webforms - Hide non-selected items / Hide in webform

It would be real handy if filling in a form, then converting the form to a webform to have a client see a specific selection of choices, instead of seeing the whole list of choices that they have missed out on within a webform without having to use copy to / set value events and not having to hide on status.... having a simple option to hide non-selected in webform mode would be brilliant.
