FORMS | Webform Quotes

Currently, Form -> Actions -> Action type -> Create CRM Lead functionality is limited to the Lead Pipeline.

Leads can be converted to quotes, but they have very limited information passed in.

It would be great to see the option, particularly when using webforms to automatically create a quote e.g. Action type -> Create CRM Quote

Scenario

A webform, e.g. a Termite Management Action Plan, is sent to a customer, the customer is provided with several options in the webform and select the options that they wish to accept and then confirm their acceptance of the Termite Management Action Plan i.e. they accept the quote.

This currently creates a lead, that lead seems to list our company as the Client and the user who created the webform template as the contact, other than that it doesn’t capture any information other than a Title.

Desirable outcome

The accepted webform creates a quote entry, that can then be converted to a job and an invoice, that accurately captures the Total, Title, Location, Attached To and Billing Name.

The Total would need to be a user designated object, i.e. a calculation, selected in Create CRM Quote.

Further, it would be great to be able to designate field properties in the webform itself to be captured in the actual quote such as Item, Description, Quantity, Unit Amount, etc

Additional Properties might look something like: Appear in Quote, Quote Item (1-xxx being the item line number in the quote), Quote Description (1-xxx), Quote Quantity (1-xxx), Quote Unit Amount ( -xxx).

e.g. Appear in Quote (selected), Quote Item (3), Quote Description (3), Quote Quantity (3), Quote Unit Amount (3)
