alongside a generic Reporting Dashboard for broader business areas such as Accounting, Forms, Jobs, and more. These dashboards will enable users to track and analyze trends across various metrics, providing visual insights to drive informed decision-making.

    Need this for doing fly killer trend analysis for customers and also rodent activity so hotspot can be seen quickly.

    Food producing clients in UK require all of this to supply to supermarkets.

    There is already a Revenue per day function per technician (shown as job value next to their name) , so I don’t feel it would be too difficult to implement a weekly and monthly job value total to show on that screen too. I hope!

    Totally agree with this. It is absolutely necessary for businesses to be able to keep track of and have instant and real-time access to key business metrics.

    I run a pest control business of 25 people and similar to Keith above, I would like to see metrics such as:

    1. Revenue company wide day / per week / per month (i.e forward facing on what is booked in on the schedule. Backward facing financial data has it’s uses but it’s often too late!)

    2. Revenue per tech per day / week / month

    3. Recurring customer %

    4. Customer retention %

    5. Utilisation rate - i.e revenue against labour for the day / down-time / drive time

    6. Customer Satsifaction Scores (maybe would require an integration with other software to receive the data but at least could present scores.

    7. Technician Satisfaction / Employee Satisfaction scores

    Having these features would really enable Formitize to become a one-stop-shop platform and give business owners a much greater understanding of how their business is operating in a quick & real time snapshot!
