Submitted Forms – PDF-Only View" Feature

Currently, within the settings under User Permissions → Forms, there’s an option to View/Edit own Saved and Submitted Forms or View/Edit all Saved and Submitted Forms. While this is useful for those who need to update or ammend forms, it also means that users can accidentally or intentionally modify submitted records.

In practice, this can become an issue — for example, if a technician is attending a job site they haven’t visited before (or not for some time) and wants to check what’s been done previously. At present, giving them access means they can open, use, or change those submitted forms, even when the intention is only to view past work.

Introducing an option to view submitted forms in PDF-only mode would make it much safer and simpler for techs and other team members to look back on completed forms, without running the risk of edits being made to important records.
