Submitted Forms in App Display Location

Submitted Forms in the App display the location of the user when creating / submitting the form, this makes it very difficult for the app user to identify submitted forms for completed jobs. Currently field users are having to search by Submitted ID number, however, they have to contact the office to get this number first.

Being able to customise this (similar to how Web Users can customise their display), and having information such as the Property Address or Customer Name displayed instead of Location would be incredibly beneficial for our field users.
