Submitted Form Tab - Edit / Create permissions

It would be fantastic if there were additional permissions added to ensure that users who need to view, but should not edit, can see without tweaking and reprocessing background API process on submitted forms - especially when API is tied to other systems that see these as jobs / invoices / alarms…….

Whilst group access controls who can see them, for specifically larger organisations, that instead of allowing edit / create, that this is locked for everyone except specific users that this is given to. not just by default to admin people.
