SMS Log & Credit

Overview:

• This feature request aims to enhance communication tracking and visibility within the Formitize platform by introducing an SMS log.

• Currently, SMS messages sent via Formitize are scattered across different windows, making it challenging to track all communications in one place.

• Additionally, the request includes improving the display of SMS credits by showing cents along with dollars.

Detailed Request:

1. SMS Log: Users seek a centralized SMS log, similar to the email log, where all SMS messages sent via Formitize are listed. Presently, automated Reminder SMS messages are visible in the Reminder list, but SMS messages sent via jobs or customer interactions are scattered within those specific windows. A central SMS log would streamline communication tracking and simplify the process of ensuring clients have received the necessary information.
   

2. SMS Credit Display: The current display of SMS credits only shows the dollar value. The request suggests enhancing this display to show both dollars and cents, providing users with a more precise overview of their remaining SMS credits.

Developer's Note:

The broader vision for Formitize includes the development of a "Conversations" module that consolidates communication across different channels (email, SMS, Messenger, etc.). While this request addresses SMS logs and credit display, it aligns with the larger goal of creating a unified platform for communication.
