smart routing power up

I wonder if the smart routing feature could be made more functional with a few updates. A few things that would really help us with this feature are:

1. if we could lock an appointment into a specific time (IE if an appointment MUST be at 9AM and we could tell the system that it is immovable)

2. If we could attach multiple jobs together for scheduling. For example, we often have clients who have multiple properties that they want inspected at the same time. We create two separate jobs so both addresses appear on the schedule but if there is another appointment georgraphically located between the two properties it will separate them on the schedule. Even if its mildly inconvenient for us, for the customers convenience we would want to keep properties which are owned by the same client scheduled back to back.

3. If we could drag and drop appointments into a different order that would be amazing. I’m not sure if you have the same version of mapquest in AU but in the US they have a “route planner” function which allows you to enter up to 26 addresses and they’ll route them in order based on location. Once their routing is complete, I have the ability to drag the addresses and change the order. When I do this mapquest updates the directions, drive time and map image so I can see what this change looks like (see attached video)

4. The smart router has updated so we can tell the system how much time we would like between appointments, but I wish we could set it so appointments started only on a 15 minute block. For example, if a job finishes at 1:05PM and the next job is 10 minutes away, but I tell the system to give 15 minutes between the appointments the customer is going to have an appointment that begins at 1:25PM. I would prefer appointments begin at either 1:15PM or 1:30PM. Right now we manually shift appointments to the nearest 15 minute once the smart router schedules the day but it would be nice if the system did that automatically.
