When you mark a Quote as accepted, the automatic reminder to the customer still sends? This should be amended so that acceptance cancels reminders without having to manually check reminders.
Hi Grant, upon testing your request, the reminder is automatically removed upon changing the status to "Accepted". Please see the following recording for reference:
