Quick Select Confirm Button

Hey,

I would like to prepose a quick confirm button when left clicking onto a job.

Currently you are required to open a job to confirm.

This takes a little time to load the job, confirm then close the job and it re loads the diary. This would save a little time when confirming is the only operation that is needed.

      I don't think you have understood the request. From scheduler tab, when clicking on a job, a menu appears. Currently the menu has the following options: edit job, move to, unassign, complete, delete, view contact details, view assigned-to details.

      The request is to add an extra option to this menu whereby we can confirm or unconfirm the job without opening the job.

    This function is already available within the job card. Have asked sales to make contact with the client.

    This is essential, I do this on a daily basis and having to edit to confirm is tiresome, definitely needed!!

    I agree with this i was about to put in the same suggestion.
    it takes more time going in the job and confirming and dispatching for just a quick thing that could just have a selection when you left click on the job.

    yes 1st option on the schedule drop would be the most helpful way.

      Hey Prue,

      I don't think that would make much difference in regards to time to confirm the job.

      I was thinking just a simple button like your first picture to "Confirm/ Un-Confirm"

      I make a lot of phone calls for recurring jobs that don't require changes to the job itself.
