Product Bundles (or kits) for quotes

Overview:

Introduce the capability to add product bundles or kits in quotes. Currently, the system allows only individual items to be added. This feature would enable the creation of a bundle or kit comprising a labor component and multiple products, that are each populated when selecting the parent "Kit".

Proposed Solution:

• Develop a feature to create and add product bundles or kits to quotes.

• Ensure the bundled item appears as a single line item to the customer, without revealing the cost breakdown.

• Allow staff members to view and adjust the quantities of individual components within the bundle during the quote creation.

• The adjustments made to the bundle in a quote should not affect the original bundled item in the main product list.
