One-Time Signature Stamp for Your Customers (Forms/Proposals)

This will reduce the repetitive task of signing multiple times in a single document.
How Will It Work?
When a customer is prompted to sign a document, they will have the option to "Save and Stamp" their signature.
Once saved, the signature can be automatically stamped in designated signature fields throughout the document.
Customers can review and confirm each stamped signature before final submission to ensure accuracy.
An option will be available to clear or redo the signature if needed.

I understand what is being proposed but I think this would defeat the purpose of requiring multiple signatures. If the signature is copied to a field then the field becomes effectively a tick box.
May I suggest that you have acceptance tick boxes through the document then at the end put in a summary of the Clauses etc being accepted with one signature box to confirm and authorize the document.
