Lookup Database Indexing Capabilities

Faster search results in form lookup field so that workers out in the field can select parts used etc. easily without having to follow a strict script.

When importing a database, keeping the order of which it was originally, the same. Currently it uploads in chunks creating a mismatched dropdown display.
