This would be great if the field staff (technician) could put notes on the job they are completing that the office staff need to see and possibly action, for example: Didn’t get the outside spray done due to rain, book a time in.

Additionally being able to add a note to a job that is only for those assigned to the job. This could be used for instructions etc to make the job easier. Such as 'keycode for blue door to stores is ****' or 'customer is saying that the item to repair is doing xyz and please call *** when on site'
