A feature suggestion has been proposed for an integrated inbox within the platform, designed to consolidate and manage SMS communications between users, their customers, and the system.
This is one of the things holding us back from using Formatize. Many other crms have integrated inbox and its easier to use when in the office or on the road with a phone or tablet. With so much correspondance between clients, mainly be email, with formatize we would have to copy and paste every response from client into the CMS. Not really "Everything in one place".
