I would like to recommend that Formitize implement a more thorough quality control process before pushing out updates to the platform.
It has become increasingly noticeable that with each update, new issues are introduced. Functions that previously worked without issue are suddenly broken, changed, or behave inconsistently. This creates unnecessary disruptions to business operations and affects user confidence in the platform.
Proper version testing and real-world scenario validation should be carried out prior to release, not after users report problems. I suggest Formitize consider the following improvements:
More extensive beta testing with select customers before wide release
Allowing users to opt-in to updates rather than forcing immediate rollouts
Clearer communication about what has changed and how it has been tested
Dedicated bug fix updates before introducing new features
Ultimately, users want reliability. New features are appreciated, but not at the cost of breaking what already works.

This is not an attack on Formitize, itβs an opportunity to be better and hear how Formitize could better serve their users.
