Detailed Request:

The helplet will provide a detailed list of object names, each accompanied by a clear explanation of its function. For instance:

  • startTime: Will enter the time when the start job button has been clicked.

The dictionary helplet can be presented in two potential ways:

  1. As part of one of the form templates, allowing users to refer to it as needed.

  2. Integrated directly into the form builder interface, offering users immediate reference while building forms.

Implication & Need:

Having a helplet with a clear dictionary of form object names can significantly enhance the user experience. It provides clarity, reduces potential errors, and empowers users to utilize the full potential of the form builder.       Hi Keith

      Sorry i really should have been more specific in my original post. When i first starting making forms I self taught (with help form the formitize support team) and one of the things i semi-struggled with was there was no resource that listed different object names you could use in the form builder that would alter things when you filled the form out. For example:

      startTime vs Time

      contactName vs billingName

      mobile vs phone

      These will pull in different things (using CRM) into the form and for new people that are building forms it would be great to have a resource that showed them what was possible. The thing i used was the formitize demonstration form - it had enough examples that i was able to utilize.

      Hopefully that describes it better?

      In regards to the visual aid - anything in the advanced end of form making will be great to have!
