Emailing Resources Directly from the Management Portal (Desktop Portal)

• Building on the capability to email resources from the app, we're introducing the ability for users to directly email resources from the Management Portal, ensuring consistent functionality across platforms.

Intended Outcome:

• To provide users with a seamless experience when sharing resources, whether they're using the app or the Management Portal.

• This enhancement aims to increase efficiency and reduce the steps required to share vital resources with stakeholders.

How Will It Work?

1. Within the Management Portal, resources will have an "Email" option.

2. Users can select the desired resource(s) and click on the "Email" option.

3. A prompt will appear allowing users to input the recipient's email address and any additional message.

4. Upon confirmation, the resource will be emailed directly to the specified recipient.
