Default Job Value

Description:

• For many businesses, the job value often matches the invoice value. Currently, manually entering every job value can be time-consuming, especially when a significant percentage of jobs have identical job and invoice values.

• If any job values are overlooked, it can skew metrics when assessing value per day or per employee in Completed Jobs.

Proposed Solution:
To streamline the process:

• Allow setting the Job value directly within the Job Type Template.

• Introduce a new field in the Job Type Template for users to specify the Job Value amount.

• Suggest the inclusion of a helper text with the field to clarify its usage. For instance, "This is not the invoice amount - Just a reference to the Job Value."
