With the current CRM element all details are loaded - when on site, if you had pre-defiled fields entered first, these could help narrow down the clients visible when selecting the CRM element - kind of like the lookup database filtering options.
This is not only to help manage nation wide / international coverage of companies to manage filters to control who has access to which clients when in the forms - but it also helps as data entry can either miss a client, create a new client record or worse, select an incorrect client for the form…. Especially when the CRM element is used to populate contact details - like email addresses or when forms are used to create invoices through accounting software.
