It would be great if it was more evident when communication tries (and essentially fails) to send to customers without an email address and/or mobile. Currently, the easiest way to check is to manually open every reminder to ensure there was an email or mobile number linked.
Instead can the email address or mobile number be displayed as part of the table? Or instead of "Done - Yes", have "Done - Failed" or something.
Alternatively can communication without a client email or mobile linked default to the company's email / mobile?
