I'm aware there is a function to attach a document to a report however this is a blanket attachment and there is no option to attach a specific document to a specific report or document.
For example, when providing a quote to a customer for a pest control treatment, there may be some pre treatment actions required by the customer. This information would differ dependent upon the treatment required. A document containing this information could be uploaded into the resource area.
Additionally attaching multiple documents from within the resource area into forms would be beneficial. I believe this would make the resource area more useful. Currently within forms themselves there is no function of inserting document(s) into a form from the resource area, only from the devices files.
