Allow Non-Admin Users to Access Workflow Module

The issue:

Users are only able to access the Workflows module if they are administrator users. Portal users do not have access. There are no granular permissions for Workflows, not even the ability to allow/disallow access to the module as a whole.

Ideal solution:

Workflows permissions matrix at the user level, including:

• Add/Edit/Delete workflows

• View workflows

Intended Outcome:

Enable non-admin users to access the Workflow module with appropriate permissions to ensure that they can use the functionality without altering critical settings.

Benefits:

• Enhanced Accessibility: Non-admin users can utilize Workflows without needing admin privileges.
