Summary:

  • We're enhancing the Tasks module in the app to include all job-related features, such as forms, recurring tasks, scheduler & diary, and attachments.

Intended Outcome:

  • To provide a comprehensive task management tool within the app, allowing managers to assign tasks seamlessly to staff, whether they're on-site or back in the office.

How Will It Work?:

  • Managers can access the updated Tasks module in the app. They can assign tasks, attach necessary forms, set recurring tasks, and view them in the scheduler & diary. All relevant attachments can also be added directly to the task.

    I just called their sales team who states that the feature is still in work and will be released at some point in the future. No statement or commitment on time frames. While I appreciate the sentiment on avoiding commitments not seeing any progress or being provided any update on this for over two years in becoming ridiculous. How can a user community communicate how the lack of this impacts them every day ! It’s painful … technicians do not sit behind computers - they out in the field.

    Hi team, any update on this please? Would be useful to know when you expect this feature to be ready. At present, the absence of in app tasks makes creates inefficiencies for our field team as they are unable to access tasks on their mobile phones.

      Come on … what am I missing - 2 years ago and task module was planned to be in the app. I cant see it there.
