We're excited to announce that the feature request for "SMS and Email Templates in App" has been successfully implemented and is now active in the product!

Feature Overview:

• Templates can now be used directly within the Formitize App, allowing users to send standardized SMS and Emails without the need to draft content from scratch every time. This enhancement aims to streamline communication, making it more efficient and user-friendly.

How It Works:

1. Templates can be accessed and used both through the Web Portal and the App.

2. When in a Job, Invoice, or Quote within the App, users can simply swipe right and select either SMS or Email to utilize the pre-defined templates.

3. The templates are designed to be flexible, allowing users to use them as-is or make any necessary modifications before sending them.

4. This feature is especially beneficial for repetitive communications, ensuring consistency and saving time.
